Chronic pain often interferes with a person’s ability to function and participate in important activities in life. Many people with chronic pain suggest effectively managing pain includes finding ways to gain function and get back to these activities. Self-management programs are one way in which a person can develop skills and knowledge to help them work towards resuming the activities that are important to them.

This webinar discusses the value of incorporating pain science education and individualized exercise in a self-management program aimed at improving function and resuming participation in physical activity.

This webinar is co-sponsored by WWDPI and Pain BC.
