This webinar provided an introduction to the power of mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) as a simple technique that can improve overall wellness and help manage chronic pain. MBSR is based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD., an internationally renowned expert in mindfulness meditation and author of many books, including Full Catastrophe Living: Using the Wisdom of Your Body and Mind to Face Stress, Pain and Illness.
