Yoga can be a useful technique for controlling pain levels and increasing movement and function in your body. There is current research that shows specific benefits of therapeutic yoga for certain groups of people in pain. Neil Pearson has become one of the leading voices in using yoga specifically with people who suffer from pain.

In this webinar, attendees will:

  • Gain knowledge of Yoga philosophy, and how it can enhance western pain management
  • Understand that research supports specific benefits of therapeutic yoga for some groups of people in pain
  • Practise basic skills of yoga, in order to increase benefits and success of yoga as a therapeutic intervention for people in pain
