Pain BC's 1st Annual MOVEment Day

Pain BC has created a brand new event to raise money and awareness for chronic pain. As you know, daily movement is vital to improving the quality of life for people living with pain. However, many of us have limitations and are unable to participate in a typical 5km run or walk. As a province-wide organization, we want to create an inclusive event that allows all British Columbians to get involved. No matter where you live or what your physical abilities... you can join the first, annual Pain BC MOVEment!. 

A Day of MOVEment on Sunday, June 12th

Pain BC is dedicated to promoting health in our community, as well as raising awareness for chronic pain. By participating you'll be doing something healthy for yourself and supporting those who deal with chronic pain every day.

Fundraise as an Individual

1.    

Set a personal MOVEment goal that you'll complete on Sunday, June 12th. Pledge to walk around the block, swim a few laps, or try one of our MOVEment ideas below–whatever activity feels right for you. Talk to your doctor to ensure your MOVEment goal is a safe and healthy choice.

Start your own Pain BC MOVEment fundraising page online. It's easy!

3.    

Share your fundraising page with friends, family, coworkers, and neighbours through social media and email. Ask for donations to support your MOVEment goal. Donations are collected online through your fundraising page.

4.    

Complete your MOVEment goal on Sunday, June 12th.
