Pain BC has developed a free online self-management tool for people in pain called Live Plan Be, and we'd really appreciate your help in getting the word out. Please download our PSA below if you'd like to air it on your station.
Pain BC received the BCAB humanitarian award in 2015. One in five British Columbians lives with chronic pain, yet it is under recognized and under treated. Of all chronic diseases, pain has the greatest impact on people's quality of life. It affects people's ability to work, to care for their children and loved ones, and to participate in their communities. The BCAB has had a significant impact in helping Pain BC raise awareness about chronic pain and educate the public about our organization.
