Are you living with pain? Do you need help? Call the Pain Support Line at 1-844-880-PAIN.
Formerly called Connect for Health
The Pain Support Line continues to operate as usual during COVID-19.
We can help you by providing:
A safe space to talk about pain and its impact on your life;
Information on community resources;
Help finding health care providers who specialize in pain;
Information about pain and self-management;
Information about Pain BC resources and programs.
Talk confidentially with us on the phone or online. We are available to assist you 9:00AM-12:00PM and 1:00-4:00PM, Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays).
Three ways to connect with us:
- Phone: call us toll free at 1-844-880-PAIN (7246)
- Online: complete a self-referral form if you're in pain or know someone who is.
- E-mail: email@example.com
Health care providers can also complete a referral form on behalf of their patients.
How it works
After you contact us, we'll gather more details and get a better sense of what's going on in your life. We'll discover what's worked and what hasn't worked and help prioritize your issues to find the best services and support to meet your needs.
The Pain Support Line is not a crisis line
If you require immediate medical assistance, call 911. If you are in distress, or feel you may cause harm to yourself or others, these crisis lines can provide immediate assistance.
Get in touch with us if you have any questions or require additional information.
